You can request support either through this website or directly from the TraX mobile app.
Before you submit a request
To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include the following information when submitting a support request:
- Fleet name
- Vehicle name or ID (if applicable)
- MAC address(es) of the affected device(s)
- A clear description of the issue, including when it occurred
- Screenshots or logs, if available
Providing complete information reduces back-and-forth communication and helps accelerate troubleshooting.
Request support via this website
To submit a support request through this website:
- Select Submit a request in the top-left corner.
- Choose TraX Support Request from the dropdown list (the correct form may already be preselected).
- Complete the form and provide the required details.

Request support via the TraX mobile app
You can also request support directly from the TraX mobile app:
- Open the app and navigate to the Support section.
- Select Contact Support.
- Describe your request in the dialog box.
- Enter the email address where you would like to receive a response.
